1. Accepted Payment Methods

We've made sure you can pay however suits you best. Here's what we currently accept:

Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, Union Pay
Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal
Buy Now, Pay Later: Klarna (where available)
Bank Transfers: for bulk orders only — just drop us a message and we'll sort the details

All transactions are processed in GBP (£).

2. Payment Processing

Nice and simple — payment is taken when you place your order. We won't dispatch anything until the payment has gone through successfully. If your payment doesn't go through for any reason, the order won't be confirmed, but you're welcome to try again or use a different method.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices on our site are displayed in GBP (£). We do reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, but whatever price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Any applicable taxes and duties will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase — no hidden fees.

4. Secure Payment Processing

Your security is a top priority. We use SSL encryption alongside trusted, industry-standard payment gateways to keep your personal and financial information safe. We never store or have access to your full card details — that's all handled securely by our payment providers.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

If you're due a refund, it'll be handled in line with our Refund & Return Policy. If something doesn't look right on your statement, please reach out to us at info@scritchpets.com before raising a chargeback — we're usually able to resolve things quickly. Any unauthorised or fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated and disputed.

6. Fraud Prevention

To keep things safe for everyone, we reserve the right to cancel, decline, or hold any order that looks suspicious or shows signs of unauthorised activity. In some cases, we may ask for additional verification on higher-value or flagged orders — it's just an extra layer of protection for you and for us.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. We'd recommend checking back occasionally. By continuing to use our site after any changes, you're accepting the revised terms.
